Inspection: Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our "unworn and unwashed" criteria. Dispatch: After the inspection is successful, we will immediately dispatch your replacement parcel with the new size. You will receive a new tracking number via email/SMS.
