  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer nationwide shipping within Pakistan.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take 1–2 additional working days.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website or social media pages.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure that the payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Our courier partners may refuse delivery if payment is not available.

📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the customer may be charged additional delivery costs for re-shipment.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable).

  • You can track your order using the courier service provided.
