Size Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you get the perfect fit! If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please follow our simple exchange process below.

Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Tags: All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Time frame: Exchange requests must be made within [02] days of receiving your parcel.

Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or has been washed will be ineligible for exchange and returned to the sender.

How the Process Works
Request an Exchange: Contact our support team at Whatsapp +92 331 3421334 with your order number and the size you would like to receive.
NOTE:We do not accept phone calls for exchange requests.
Ship the Item Back: Once approved, please mail the parcel back to us at the address provided by our team.

Tip: We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Inspection: Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our "unworn and unwashed" criteria.

Dispatch: After the inspection is successful, we will immediately dispatch your replacement parcel with the new size. You will receive a new tracking number via email/SMS.

Important Details
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.

Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative or a store credit.
